Return Policy

Return Policy at Rivayatilibas:

– Products with genuine manufacturing defects only allowed to change. 

– In case of any genuine manufacturing defects in goods, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods.

– A 360-degree parcel unboxing video is compulsory for requesting a return. If approved by RIVAYATILIBAS Team, defective goods can be returned to our office at Sikar, Rajasthan, India.

– The Courier need to be done from customer end only. Exchange is possible after the approved return is received at our office.

– Return or Exchange because of disliking the products won’t be accepted back or exchanged.

– There may be slight colour variation in image and actual due to photographic effect and mobile screen resolution. No returns on this basis will be entertained.



RIVAYATILIBAS have full discretionary right to cancel the order anytime. 

If the products get damaged or stained during transit by the shipping company or any other reason, RIVAYATILIBAS cannot be held liable. Those products won’t be returned or exchanged. It is advised to customers not to accept any parcel which is in torn or repacked condition, in such cases no complaints will be entertained.

– We do not accept any returns requests after 3 days of receiving the shipment.

– All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.

– Returns would not be accepted for customized products and Sale Items. Products with any kind of alterations, size customisation done or Fall Pico done will not allowed for return in any condition.



Refunds on return:

Exchange of product is allowed up to the product costs. Shipping charges if any are not adjusted in exchange. Refunds are not allowed, only exchange or gift cards are issued.

All these policies are same as other sellers but we believe in transparency. Buyers are advised to real this information carefully before placing the order.
